STANDARD EQUIPMENTS:
*Y1, Y2 and X axis In SMART CNC Press Brakes, the movement of the ram is controlled by Y1 and Y2 axis. The parallelism of the machine is achieved by synchronizing the hydraulic cylinders with the use of advanced proportional valve control. The stroke of the Y1 and Y2 axis are controlled by linear rulers and informed to CNC Control Unit.

*Intermediate Punch Clamping System Intermediate Upper Tool Clamping System offers the user easy and safely attachment of the Upper Tool. This system consists of plates inserted between the Ram and the Top Tool. The system allows to use a large range of Top Tools in the market. It is possible to make boxes with the intermediates because, during folding, the side of the section is inserted between one intermediate and the other. The Standard height of the intermediates used in this Press Brakes are 100 and 120 mm. The Length of the intermediate clamp is 150 mm. Each intermediate is provided with a regulating system with wedges which allows precision alignment of the folding line.
*Standard hardened, grinded sectioned top tool & bottom tool
Top and Bottom Tools are the most important parts of the machine. They have to be hardened and grinded to have a long working life. This Press Brakes are delivered with standard top and bottom tools. These tools are selected to make the standard bendings on the machines. Special bendings require special tools
*Back Gauge System with Ball Screws This Press Brakes have standard X axis back gauges. The SMART CNC back gauges have 2 speeds and inside have hardened and coated ball screws. This enables long life of the back gauges. The diameter of the balls crews are 32 mm, and the pitch is 10 mm. The back gauges have 2 hardened and coated axles on both sides to quide the back gauge movement and to carry the load, so that it doesn?t come on the balls crews. There is an encoder mounted on one side of the back gauge. The stroke of the back gauge is controlled by this encoder. According to the give stroke value, the encoder rotates the ball screw and the back gauge moves.

*Remote foot control pedal with emergency stop buttons This Press Brakes are equipped with Remote Control Pedal for the safety and comfort of the operator. The downwards movement of the ram is controlled by the pedal and the upwards movement is controlled by the button on the pedal body. On the pedal body, there is an Emergency Stop button to stop the machine in case of an accident or emergency
*Movable Front Arms with T-slots SMART CNC Press Brakes are equipped with 2 Front Arms to support the sheet and carry its load during bending, also avoids the sheet to come back with support nails. The Front Arms can be moved right and left according to the width of the sheet metal
* Guiding System The guiding system is a specific system which helps the movement of the ram upwards and downwards parallel and smooth. Machines range up to 300 tons include 3 guides, machines more than 300 tons include 5 guides.

* Cybelec DNC 60 Controller The DNC 60 is designed for multi application purposes. Depending on which software it is equipped, the DNC 60 can be used for synchronized or non-synchronized press brakes, with up-stroking or down-stroking ram and shears. The ease of programming allows the machine builder to configure all axes, inputs/outputs and auxiliary functions according to his need
| The DNC 60 numerical control can control up to 4 digital axes and many auxiliary functions. A backlight LCD display (130x75mm) as well as a simplified keypad with large keys provide a high comfort of use comparable to a high level numerical control. Depending on the software, 4 to 11 languages are available directly in the DNC 60. The CYBELEC knowledge offers with this new numerical control a quick programming appreciated by all machine operators |
