STANDARD EQUIPMENT:

*
Manual Crowning System

The newest generation of Wila crowning wedge systems, specially designed for the Universal Press Brake Concept. The basis of the crowning system consists of a patented wedge system,the Wila wav, in which the bottom tool is supported over its entire length. The system consists of two coupled wedges, each of which is provided with a different slope angle. By shifting the top wedges lengthwise in reference to the bottom wedges by means of central adjustment (manually or CNC motorized), a curve is created with which the deflection in the press brake can be compensated for, literally at the turn of a crank handle (or fully automatic).

* Standard X and R-axis
R axis enables applications which require different height of touch points backgauge.
X= 500 mm
R= 160 mm

*Y1 and Y2 axis
In CNC Press Brakes, the movement of the ram is controlled by Y1 and Y2 axis. The parallelism of the machine is achieved by synchronizing the hydraulic cylinders with the use of advanced proportional valve control. The stroke of the Y1 and Y2 axis are controlled by linear rulers and informed to CNC Control Unit

* Control System: DELEM DA65W
The DA-65W is a user-friendly and fast programmable CNC control for press brakes.

The Delem DA-65W can be progammed by simply drawing the profile of your product on the screen. With the help of the 2D simulation view you can calculate the optimum bending sequence and view how to place your product in the machine.

Many facilities are supported such as:

2D product programming.

Real-time Windows system for multitasking and file management.

Instant shut off for easy power-down and start-up of the control.

Optional easy Windows Networking.

USB interface for easy connection of external devices (keyboard, mouse, etc.)

* Promecam type punch clamping system

* Standard Hardened, grinded top tool and bottom tool

Top and Bottom Tools are the most important parts of the machine. They have to be hardened and grinded to have a long working life. This Press Brakes are delivered with standard top and bottom tools. These tools are selected to make the standard bendings on the machines. Special bending?s require special tools

* Movable back gauge fingers
This Press Brakes have manual R and Z axis back gauges thanks to movable back gauge fingers. By the help of aluminum profile slides the back gauge fingers can be moved manually to both sides on the Z axis. Also via ball screw systems the movement of the back gauge fingers up and down (R axis) can be achieved manually

* Standard Movable front support arms with T-slot
This Press Brakes are equipped with 2 Front Arms to support the sheet and carry its load during bending, also avoids the sheet to come back with support nails. The Front Arms can be moved right and left according to the width of the sheet metal

* Remote foot control pedal with emergency stop button
This  Press Brakes are equipped with Remote Control Pedal for the safety and comfort of the operator. The downwards movement of the ram is controlled by the pedal and the upwards movement is controlled by the button on the pedal body. On the pedal body, there is an Emergency Stop button to stop the machine in case of an accident or emergency

* Guiding System
The guiding system is a specific system which helps the movement of the ram upwards and downwards paralel and smooth. Machines range up to 300 tons include 3 guides, machines more than 300 tons include 5 guides
